Getting started

I'm just getting started with blogging and am searching for a good application to use. I've tried a couple others and wasn't happy, so here I am trying blogger.

I want to use this to share my quilting and knitting with old friends who are far away, new friends with similar interests, and friends yet to be made.

I should be working on the quilt I've designed for my youngest daughter's first baby who is due this coming Thursday, but I've gotten stuck in Knit mode recently. I've been knitting these darling fish by Fiber Trends to felt and put into a mobile. Hopefully here's a picture of the first one if I can get this to work...
